Casa nella Collina is a typical stone country house located just above the hills of Greve in Chianti, in the beautiful landscape of the Chianti region near Florence. It is a property composed by two buildings, the main villa of about 250 m2 and the second building, dedicated to the 3 apartments used for the agriturismo. It measures in total about 400 m2 and it offers 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. It’s been completely restored in 1997.
In the main villa there are 3 of the bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the current owners live there at the moment. From the main villa you can reach to a separate little apartment only accessible from outside, with only a bedroom including a little fridge and one bathroom. The owners rent this room as well.
In the second building, one apartment measures 70 m2, one about 45 m2 and the smallest one is about 35 m2.
